【摘要】 目的：构建髋关节镜手术患者护理质量评价指标体系，以提升护理质量和患者术后恢复效果，为髋关节镜手术患者的护理质量管理提供科学、合理、客观、量化的评价依据。方法：2024年11月～2025年3月，以结构-过程-结果三维质量结构模式为理论框架，通过检索国内外文献，拟订条目池，采用2轮德尔菲法专家咨询进行指标筛选与权重确定，确保指标体系的科学性与实用性。最后采用层次分析法确定各层次指标及其权重。结果：2轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%(20/20)；专家的权威系数分别为0.90和0.92；变异系数分别为0.00～0.31和0.00～0.20。第2轮函询二、三级指标的Kendall协调系数分别为0.531、0.527（均P<0.001）。最终构建的髋关节镜手术患者护理质量评价指标体系包括3项一级指标、19项二级指标、64项三级指标。一级指标中，结果质量指标权重最大，为0.5817，其次为过程质量指标权重0.2736，结构质量指标权重最小，为0.1447。在二级指标中，患者对护理的满意度组合权重最大，为0.4005。结论：髋关节镜手术患者护理质量评价指标体系构建过程科学、可靠，函询专家积极性及可信度较高，函询意见一致性较高，质量评价指标具有专科特色，对临床护理实践具有指导作用，利于专科护理发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a nursing quality evaluation index system for patients undergoing hip arthroscopy surgery,in order to provide a scientific,reasonable,objective,and quantitative evaluation tool,as well as improve the nursing quality and postoperative recovery. Methods Between November 2024 and March 2025,a pool of items was developed after systematic literature,using the structure process result three-dimensional quality structure model as the theoretical framework. Then,according to the Delphi method,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted to screen indicators and determine their weights,ensuring the scientific and practical nature of the indicator system. Finally,the Analytic Hierarchy Process was employed to determine the final indicators and their weights.Results The effective response rates for both rounds of letter consultation were 100%(20/20),with the authoritative coefficients of experts being 0.90 and 0.92,respectively,and the coefficients of variation 0.00～0.31 and 0.00～0.20,respectively. Moreover,the Kendall coordination coefficients for the second-and third-level indicators in the second round of letter consultation were 0.531 and 0.527,respectively(P<0.001 for all). The final evaluation index system included 3 primary indicators,19 secondary and 64 tertiary ones. Among the first-level indicators,the weight of outcome indicators ranked the first of 0.5817,followed by that of the structural,process ones,at 0.2736 and 0.1447,respectively. However,among the secondary indicators,patient satisfaction with nursing care carried the highest weight of 0.4005. Conclusion The evaluation index system established in this study is scientific and reliable. The letter consultation demonstrates high levels of expert engagement and credibility,with relatively consistent feedback. Moreover,all the evaluation indicators possess distinct specialty characteristics,providing good guidance for clinical nursing practice and facilitating its further development.更多还原
