【摘要】 中国共产党领导力近年来成为海外中国共产党研究的关注点。海外人士从不同视角，围绕中国共产党领导力的核心要素、动力来源和建设路径等方面开展了广泛的讨论并提出了大量的观点和看法。首先，在海外人士看来，中国共产党领导力主要包括卓越的政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力和社会号召力。其次，海外人士认为中国共产党领导力来源于科学理论的指引、理想信念的坚守、“以人民为中心”理念的坚持等方面。最后，海外人士认为中国共产党通过持续学习、躬身实践、自我革命以及弘扬精神谱系能够不断提高自身的领导力。全面系统把握海外人士对中国共产党领导力的认知和评价，以期为新时代党的领导力建设提供参考借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The leadership of the Communist Party of China has become the focus of recent overseas researches on Communist party of China From different perspectives, overseas observers have carried out extensive discussions and put forward a large number of views and opinions on the core elements, power sources and construction paths of the leadership of the Communist Party of China.First of all, They believe the leadship of the Communist Party of China mainly includes excellent political leadership, ideological guidance, mass organization and social appeal.Secondly, They believe that the leadership of the Communist Party of China comes from the guidance of scientific theories, the persistence of ideals and beliefs, and the adherence to the concept of“People-centeredness”.Finally, they believe that the continuously improved leadship of Communist Party of China lies in itsconstant engaging in practice, self-revolution and promotion of spiritual spectrum.This paper comprehensively and systematically grasp the overseas people’s cognition and evaluation of the leadership of the Communist Party of China can so as to provide some reference for the construction of the party’s leadership in the new era.更多还原
