【摘要】 目的 探索一种辅助静脉穿刺的握持装置在外周静脉穿刺中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年8月20日至2022年10月20日嘉兴市第二医院实施腹部外科手术患者200例，随机分为两组，对照组采用常规静脉穿刺方法，观察组采用该专利行静脉穿刺操作。比较两组患者外周静脉首次穿刺成功率及患者舒适度和满意度评分。结果 观察组外周静脉首次穿刺成功率高于对照组（P<0.05）；舒适度和满意度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 该新型握持装置显著提高了静脉穿刺成功率和患者舒适度，具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To explore the application value of a convenient holding device for venipuncture in peripheral venipuncture. 【Methods】 A holding device was designed to facilitate venipuncture. A total of 200 patients who underwent abdominal surgery in Jiaxing Second Hospital from August 20, 2022 to October 20, 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used the conventional venipuncture method, while the observation group used the patented holding device for venipuncture. The first-attempt success rate of peripheral venipuncture and the comfort and satisfaction scores of the patients were observed and recorded for both groups. 【Results】 The first-attempt success rate of peripheral venipuncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The comfort and satisfaction scores were also significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The new holding device significantly improves the success rate of venipuncture and patient comfort, demonstrating a high clinical application value.更多还原
