一种儿童下肢皮肤牵引装置的设计与应用
Design and application of a lower limb skin traction device for children
【摘要】 目的 观察改良式儿童下肢皮肤牵引装置对儿童闭合性股骨干骨折的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年6月嘉兴市第二医院收治的80例闭合性股骨干骨折患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分成实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规持续牵引,实验组应用改良式儿童下肢皮肤牵引装置。比较两组患儿干预后骨折愈合效果、满意度、住院时间、皮肤压力性损伤分级、疼痛评分及牵引带滑脱率等指标,评价改良式儿童下肢皮肤牵引装置的效果。结果 实验组骨折愈合优良率(92.5%vs. 80.0%)、总满意率(100%vs. 75.0%)、住院时间[(13.15±2.65) d vs.(16.97±3.62) d]均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,实验组皮肤压力性损伤分级[(22.62±3.75)分vs.(11.37±1.87)分]、疼痛评分[(2.72±1.72)分vs.(3.92±2.34)分]及牵引带滑脱率(10.0%vs. 32.5%)较对照组亦显著改善(P<0.05)。结论 改良式儿童下肢皮肤牵引装置可提升骨折愈合效果与患者满意度,缩短住院时间,同时减少并发症,具有临床推广价值。
【Abstract】 【Objective】 To observe the effect of modified child skin traction device on closed femoral shaft fracture in children. 【Methods】 Eighty children with closed femoral shaft fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional continuous traction, and the experimental group was given modified children’s skin traction device. After intervention, fracture healing effect, satisfaction, length of hospital stay, skin condition, pain, traction loss and other indicators were compared between the two groups to evaluate the effect of improved child traction device. 【Results】 The excellent and good rate of fracture healing, the overall satisfaction rate, the length of hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(92.5% vs. 80.0%, 100% vs. 75.0%, 13.15±2.65 d vs. 16.97±3.62 d)(P<0.05). The skin pressure injury grading(22.62±3.75 points vs. 11.37±1.87 points), pain score(2.72±1.72 points vs. 3.92±2.34 points) and traction belt slippage rate(10.0% vs. 32.5%) were significantly improved in the experimental group when compared with the control group(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The modified children’s skin traction device is used for the treatment of children’s fractures to reduce complications, convenient post-treatment care, reduce the number of traction shedding, and improve the treatment effect.
