一种伸缩型非接触式消毒范围校准器在预防中心静脉导管相关血流感染中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨使用伸缩型非接触式消毒范围校准器进行中心静脉导管维护对导管相关血流感染发生率的影响。方法 比较传统经验式消毒方法 (对照组)和伸缩型非接触式消毒范围校准器消毒方法 (观察组)两组中心静脉导管相关血流感染发生率、消毒范围规范率和患者满意率。结果 观察组中心静脉导管相关血流感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),消毒范围规范率和患者满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 伸缩型非接触式消毒范围校准器具有结构简单、使用便捷、消毒范围规范、安全性高等特点。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the impact of using a telescopic non-contact disinfection range calibrator for central venous catheter maintenance on the catheter-related bloodstream infection. 【Methods】 The incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection, the standardization rate of disinfection range, and the patient satisfaction rate were compared in two groups of patients: those treated with the traditional empirical disinfection method(control group) and those treated with telescopic noncontact disinfection range calibrator disinfection(observation group). 【Results】 The incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05), the standardization rate of disinfection range and the patient satisfaction rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The telescopic non-contact disinfection range calibrator has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, accurate disinfection range, and high safety.
