【摘要】 目的 探讨针对解决病历存放安全性和病历车使用规范化问题的实用新型专利“一种基于RFID技术的安全型病历车”在临床中的应用。方法 于2024年1月至5月在浙江省嘉兴市第二医院康复科3个病区、ICU病房、外科病房使用该射频识别（RFID）技术的安全型病历车。比较使用前（2023年12月以前）及使用后（2024年1月至5月）的满意度情况。结果 与使用前比较，使用后各科室的使用满意率、安全满意率、与科室沟通满意率均高于使用前（P<0.05）。结论 使用RFID技术的安全型病历车能提高纸质病历管理质量及安全性，完善病房5S管理，显著提高各方面的满意率。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To explore the clinical application of a practical new type of patent "A Secure Medical Record Cart Based on RFID Technology" that addresses the security of medical record storage and standardizes the use of medical record carts. 【Methods】 From January to May 2024, this RFID-based secure medical record cart was used in three rehabilitation wards, ICU, and surgical wards. Satisfaction levels before(before December 2023) and after the use of the cart were compared. 【Results】 Compared with before its use, the satisfaction rate, security satisfaction rate, and communication satisfaction rate of the department were significantly higher after its use, with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The use of a secure medical record cart based on RFID technology can improve the quality and enhance the security of paper medical record management, improve 5S management in the ward, and significantly increase satisfaction in all aspects.更多还原
