【摘要】 目的:分析加速康复外科理念下信息化延续护理在膝关节置换术后患者护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月于甘肃省中医院行膝关节置换术的100例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(50例)采用常规护理;观察组(50例)在常规护理的基础上采用加速康复外科理念下信息化延续护理。比较两组患者康复管理依从性、膝关节功能恢复效果。结果:观察组坚持训练、按时复查、规范用药、合理饮食、主动寻求建议依从性均高于对照组(P <0.05)。出院3个月,观察组康复信心评分、膝关节功能评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:应用加速康复外科理念下信息化延续护理可提高膝关节置换术后患者康复管理依从性,改善其膝关节功能康复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the value of ERAS-based informaticized continuing care in knee arthroplasty rehabilitation. Methods: 100 patients(January 2019–December 2020) were randomized to control(n=50, routine care) and observation(n=50, ERAS + informaticized care) groups. Compliance and knee function were evaluated. Results: Observation group demonstrated higher adherence to rehabilitation training, follow-up, medication, diet, and proactive consultation(P < 0.05). At 3 months post-discharge, rehabilitation confidence and knee function scores were superior in the observation group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: ERAS-based informaticized care improves compliance and functional recovery after knee arthroplasty.更多还原
