【摘要】 通过文献综述法，系统分析通窍活血汤在脑外伤治疗中的最新研究进展。通过查阅国内外相关数据库，如CNKI、Pub Med和Web of Science，筛选出与“通窍活血汤”“脑外伤”“中医治疗”等关键词相关的文献。探讨通窍活血汤在脑外伤患者中的应用机制、临床效果、药理作用等方面的最新发现。分析通窍活血汤在改善脑外伤后遗症、促进神经修复、减轻脑水肿和炎症反应等方面的作用，尤其关注其在脑外伤急性期和康复期的应用效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study systematically analyzed the latest research progress of Tongqiao Huoxue Tang in the treatment of traumatic brain injury by literature review method. By consulting relevant databases at home and abroad, such as CNKI, Pub Med, and Web of Science, literature related to keywords such as "Tongqiao Huoxue Tang", "traumatic brain injury", and "traditional Chinese medicine treatment" was screened out. The study focused on the latest findings on the application mechanism, clinical effects, and pharmacological effects of Tongqiao Huoxue Tang in patients with traumatic brain injury. The role of Tongqiao Huoxue Tang in improving the sequelae of traumatic brain injury, promoting nerve repair, and reducing cerebral edema and inflammatory reactions was analyzed, with particular attention to its application effects in the acute and rehabilitation phases of traumatic brain injury.更多还原
