高精度压力测量模块的研制
Development of High-precision Pressure Measurement Module
【摘要】 为了提高压力校准器的性能,文中设计了一种由32位ARM微控制器STM32、硅压阻式压力传感器、Pt100温度传感器、24位高分辨率ADC、超低噪声LDO、RS485通信接口等组成的高精度压力测量模块。通过AD7124采集压力传感器输出信号,AD7793采集温度传感器输出信号,电源降噪处理,温度压力补偿和零点抑制与迁移,实现了压力的高精度测量。该模块通过高速RS485总线方式进行数据交互。文中给出了模块软硬件设计方案,对其实现方法及关键技术进行了研究。测试结果表明,在全温区(10~30℃)范围内,模块压力测量静态精度优于0.02%。
【Abstract】 To improve the performance of pressure calibrators, this paper designed a high precision pressure measurement module which consists of 32-bit ARM microcontroller STM32,silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor, Pt100 temperature sensor, 24-bit high resolution ADC,ultra-low noise LDO,RS485 communication interface.High-precision measurement of pressure values was achieved by AD7124 to collect pressure sensor output signals, AD7793 to collect temperature sensor output signals, power supply noise reduction processing, temperature and pressure compensation and zero suppression and migration.This module performed data exchange through high-speed RS485 bus.The paper provided a module software and hardware design plan, the implementation methods and key technologies were researched.The test results show that the static accuracy of module pressure measurement is better than 0.02% in the full temperature zone(10~30 ℃).
