基于变步长LMS的TIADC中多失配误差联合校准算法
Joint Calibration Algorithm for Multiple Mismatch Errors in TIADC Based on Variable Step-size LMS
【摘要】 针对时间交织采样系统的失配误差校准问题,对现有的基于分数延迟滤波的增益、时间与带宽失配的校准算法做出改进,引入变步长因子更新策略,降低了整个校准过程中的滤波资源的消耗。在搭建的仿真平台上,对提出的多失配误差联合校准算法进行验证。结果表明,正弦信号输入时间交织采样系统后,算法校准后SNDR提升至77.02 dB,SFDR提升至78.46 dB。此外,变步长方法的使用使得每个通道的校准过程中,仅需使用2个滤波器重复运行40次左右。
【Abstract】 Addressing the issue of mismatch error calibration in time-interleaved sampling systems, an enhanced calibration algorithm for gain, time, and bandwidth mismatches was developed based on fractional delay filtering.This algorithm incorporated a strategy for updating variable step-size factors, leading to a reduction in the consumption of filtering resources during the entire calibration process.The joint calibration algorithm for multiple mismatch errors was validated on a constructed simulation platform.The results demonstrate that, when a sinusoidal signal is input into the time-interleaved sampling system, the signal-to-noise and distortion ratio(SNDR) is improved to 77.02 dB and the spur-free dynamic range(SFDR) is enhanced to 78.46 dB after calibration.In addition, the application of the variable step-size method enables that during the calibration process of each channel, only two filters need to be repeatedly run about 40 times.
