集群式高精度时统监测系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Cluster High-precision Time Monitoring System
【摘要】 针对高速电磁推进系统的大规模集群和高精度时统需求,提出一种集群式高精度时统监测系统的设计与实现方法。该系统采用分层架构,硬件以DSP+ARM+FPGA为核心,软件实现数据采集、存储、传输和展示。通过同步触发、时间同步和多源数据融合,大幅提高了时统融合的精度。试验结果表明:系统可同时监测40个分布式测控装置;支持每百μs并行采集20 480路通道数据的功能;分布式装置时间同步精度达μs级。该系统为高速电磁推进系统的高效运行提供了可靠的技术支持与保障。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the large-scale cluster and high-precision time system requirements of high-speed electromagnetic propulsion system, a design and implementation method of cluster high-precision time system monitoring system is proposed.The system adopts a layered architecture, with DSP+ARM+FPGA as the core of hardware, and the software realizes data acquisition, storage, transmission and display.Through synchronous triggering, time synchronization and multi-source data fusion, the accuracy of time system fusion is greatly improved.The test results show that the system can monitor 40 distributed measurement and control devices at the same time; the system supports the function of parallel acquisition of 20480 channel data every 100 microseconds; the time synchronization accuracy of distributed device data fusion reaches microsecond level.The system provides reliable technical support and guarantee for the efficient operation of high-speed electromagnetic propulsion system.
