【摘要】 研究了至灵菌丝胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠片对支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效.采用随机对照方法,将纳入标准的250例患者分为治疗组与对照组（每组各125例）.对照组给予孟鲁司特钠片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用至灵菌丝胶囊;2组均连续治疗4周.研究结果显示,治疗组对FEV₁、FVC的改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗组的ACT评分由13.57±3.22提升至24.01±2.12,对照组由13.61±2.92提升至20.25±1.95,治疗组对ACT评分的改善程度优于对照组;治疗组总有效率优于对照组.上述研究表明,至灵菌丝胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期具有良好的临床疗效,可为临床选择用药提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 This study investigated the clinical efficacy of Zhiling Mycelium Capsules combined with Montelukast Sodium Tablets in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma.A randomized controlled method was adopted, and 250 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group（125 cases each）.The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Tablets, while the treatment group was treated with Zhiling Mycelium Capsules in addition to the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The results showed that the improvement in FEV₁ and FVC in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P <0.05）.The ACT score in the treatment group increased from 13.57±3.22 to 24.01±2.12, while in the control group increased from 13.61±2.92 to 20.25±1.95, indicating that the improvement in ACT score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was also better than that of the control group.The above results suggest that Zhiling Mycelium Capsules combined with Montelukast Sodium Tablets have a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma and can provide a reference for clinical drug selection.更多还原
