【摘要】 半夏是中医常用的一味中药,通常炮制后使用,含半夏的中药制剂应用广泛。本研究通过分析半夏不同炮制品在中药制剂中的应用,总结含半夏中药制剂的剂型、主要功能和组方规律;整理2020版《中华人民共和国药典》含半夏中药制剂的临床应用和注意事项发现,法半夏和姜半夏是中药制剂中应用最广泛的炮制品,且丸剂最多,半夏炮制过程不仅降低了生半夏的毒性,还改变了部分药效和药性;含半夏的中药制剂功效较多,能够有效治疗包括消化系统、呼吸系统和神经系统疾病在内的多种疾病,孕妇禁忌是含半夏中药制剂的主要安全警示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pinelliae Rhizoma is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine which is usually processed before use,and Chinese medicine preparations containing Pinelliae Rhizoma are widely applied.By analyzing the application of different prepared forms of Pinelliae Rhizoma in Chinese medicine preparations,this study summarize the dosage forms,main functions,and formula patterns of Chinese medicine preparations containing Pinelliae Rhizoma.Organizing the clinical applications and precautions of Chinese medicine preparations containing Pinelliae Rhizoma from the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,it is found that the prepared forms of Pinelliae Rhizoma,such as processed with ginger(Jiang Pinelliae Rhizoma) and processed with vinegar(Fa Pinelliae Rhizoma),are most widely used in Chinese medicine preparations,with pills being the most common dosage form.The preparation process of Pinelliae Rhizoma not only reduces the toxicity of raw Pinelliae Rhizoma but also alters some of its pharmacological effects and properties.Chinese medicine preparations containing Pinelliae Rhizoma have various therapeutic effects and can effectively treat a range of diseases,including those of the digestive,respiratory,and nervous systems.The main safety warning for Chinese medicine preparations containing Pinelliae Rhizoma is the contraindication for pregnant women.更多还原
