【摘要】 数字经济是新一轮科技革命的主要经济业态,而高职教育肩负着培养技能型人才的重要使命,二者存在共生共荣的关系。基于2015—2022年我国30个省域的面板数据,采用耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数、空间杜宾模型对省域数字经济与高职教育耦合协调度发展水平、时空特征、区域差异以及影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)研究期内,各省域耦合协调度呈波动上升趋势,且呈现明显的地域差异,对基尼系数分解发现其差异主要由区域间差异主导。(2)耦合协调度的空间正相关性逐渐增强,局部集聚形态从“高—高”“低—高”向“高—高”“低—低”转变。(3)空间计量模型结果显示,地区人口受教育程度、政府对高职支持程度对本地耦合协调度具有显著正向作用,对外开放程度、政府对市场干预程度、产业结构、高职依赖度等存在明显的空间溢出效应,除对外开放程度外,均呈现正向效应。为推动数字经济与高职教育的协调发展,应加大数字产业人才培养力度,建立产教匹配机制;加强区域统筹协调,同时发挥区域内“领头羊”的带头作用;发挥政府和市场各自的作用,以“有为政府”和“有效市场”支持和引导二者的耦合协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital economy is the main economic form of the new round of technofogical revofution,and higher vocational education shoulders the important mission of cultivating skilled talents.There is a symbioticand mutually beneficial relationship between them.Based on the panel data of 30 provincial regions in China from 2015 to2022,the coupling coordination degree model,Dagum Gini coefficient,and spatial Dubin model were adopted to analyze the development level,spatio-temporal characteristics,regional differences,and influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree between provincial digital economy and higher vocational education.The research results show that:(1) During the research period,the coupling coordination degree of each province shows a fluctuating upward trend,and there are obvious regional differences.Decomposition of the Gini coefficient reveals that the differences are mainly dominated by inter-regional differences.(2) The spatial positive correlation of coupling coordination degree gradually increases,and the local agglomeration pattern changes from " high-high" and " low-high" to " high-high" and " low-low".(3) The results of the spatial econometric model show that the educational attainment of the regional population and the degree of government support for higher vocational education have a significant positive effect on the local coupling and coordination degree.There are obvious spatial spillover effects on the degree of opening up to the outside world,the degree of government intervention in the market,the industrial structure,and the dependence on higher vocational education.Except for the degree of opening up to the outside world,all show positive effects.To promote the coordinated development of the digital economy and higher vocational education,efforts should be intensified to cultivate talents in the digital industry and establish a matching mechanism between industry and education,and strengthen regional overall coordination and give full play to the leading role of the " pioneers" within the region,give full play to the respective roles of the government and the market,support and guide the coupled and coordinated development of the two with a " proactive government" and an " effective market".更多还原
