【摘要】 党的二十届三中全会明确提出要形成网上思想道德教育精准化实施机制，这是数智化加速发展的时代背景下更为有效应对日益严峻复杂的意识形态斗争的重要举措。网上思想道德教育精准化意味着思想道德教育和前沿信息技术的深度融合，旨在利用相关技术通过网络有针对性地向不同教育对象提供符合其真实需求的思想道德教育内容，变传统的“大水漫灌”为将来的“精准滴灌”，从而切实提高教育成效。因此，网上思想道德教育精准化运行机制应从需求侧、供给侧和管理端三个维度出发，通过对教育对象需求的精准识别、内容的精准供给和教育成效的精准评估，在保障数据安全的前提下开展实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed the establishment of a precise implementation mechanism for online ideological and moral education, which is an important measure to effectively respond to the increasingly severe and complex ideological struggle in the context of the rapid development in the digital intelligence era. The precision of online ideological and moral education means the deep integration of ideological and moral education with cuttingedge information technology, aiming to leverage these technologies to provide targeted content that meets the real needs of different educational audiences through the online platform. This shift from the traditional“flood irrigation”to the future“precision drip irrigation”is designed to significantly improve educational outcomes. Therefore, the precise operation mechanism of online ideological and moral education should start with three dimensions: the demand side, the supply side, and the management side. Through precise identification of the needs of the audiences, precise supply of content, and precise evaluation of educational effectiveness, practical implementation should be carried out on the premise of ensuring data security.更多还原
