【摘要】 目的 研究经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术（MIPPO）对胫骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法 选取2019年7月～2023年11月本院进行就诊的107例胫骨粉碎性骨折患者，按照随机抽签法将其分为微创组（n=54）和传统组（n=53），分别采用MIPPO术和传统手术进行治疗。比较两组临床指标，炎症因子水平以及并发症发生率。结果 微创组临床指标恢复所需时长均少于传统组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组IL-6、CRP以及PCT均较治疗前显著下降（P<0.05），且微创组低于传统组（P<0.05）；微创组并发症总发生例数低于传统组（P<0.05）。结论 采用MIPPO术进行治疗，能有效缩短相关临床指标时长，降低其炎症因子水平和并发症总发生率，具有一定的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation(MIPPO) on comminuted tibial fractures. Methods 107 patients with comminuted tibial fractures who underwent consultation in our hospital from July 2019 to November 2023 were selected and divided into the minimally invasive group(n=54) and the traditional group(n=53) according to the randomized lottery method, and were treated with MIPPO and traditional surgery respectively. The clinical indexes, inflammatory factor levels and complication rates of the two groups were compared. Results The time required for recovery of clinical indexes in the minimally invasive group was less than that in the traditional group(P < 0.05); after treatment, IL-6, CRP and PCT decreased significantly in both groups compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05), and the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the traditional group(P < 0.05); and the number of total cases of complications in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the traditional group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Treatment with MIPPO can effectively shorten the duration of relevant clinical indicators, reduce the level of its inflammatory factors and the total incidence of complications, and has a certain degree of safety.更多还原
