【摘要】 目的：选取国内外急性缺血性脑卒中病人血管内治疗的麻醉管理策略，并总结最佳证据，为相关医护人员提供参考。方法：系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、the Cochrane Library、澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心、Up To Date、BMJ Best Practice、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所（NICE）、苏格兰院际指南网（SIGN）、美国国立指南网（NGC）、医脉通、加拿大安大略注册护士协会（RNAO）、中华护理学会、美国心脏学会/美国卒中学会（AHA/ASA）网站、欧洲卒中组织（ESO）网站、加拿大卒中（CSBP）网站、中国卒中协会、Pub Med、EMbase、Web of Science、Science Direct。检索时限为建库至2024年7月1日，由2名研究员对文献资料进行提取、质量评价与总结。结果：最终纳入12篇文献，其中7篇为系统评价，4篇为专家共识，1篇为证据总结。总结出13个主题，共29条证据。结论：针对急性缺血性脑卒中血管内治疗病人的麻醉治疗管理策略，医护人员需要针对病人个体情况结合最佳证据总结选择最佳麻醉管理策略，从而改善病人的临床结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To select the strategies of anesthesia management in intravascular therapy for acute ischemic stroke patients at home and abroad,and to summarize the best management evidence,so as to provide reference for relevant medical staff. Methods:Systematic search CNKI,Wan Fang Database,VIP,CBM,the Cochrane Library,JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Centre of Australia,Up To Date,BMJ Best Practice,NICE,SIGN,NGC,Yimaitong,RNAO,Chinese Nursing Association,AHA/ASA,ESO,CSBP,Chinese Stroke Association,Pub Med,EMbase,Web of Science,Science Direct.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to July 1,2024,and the literature was extracted,evaluated and summarized by two researchers.Results:A total of 12 articles were included,of which 7 were systematic reviews,4 were expert consensus,and 1 was evidence summary.There were 13 themes and 29 pieces of evidence.Conclusion:In order to improve the clinical outcome of patients with acute ischemic stroke,medical staff should summarize and select the best anesthesia management strategy based on the patient’s individual situation and the best evidence.更多还原
