血清sPD-L1与Irisin在膀胱癌中的表达及诊断价值
Expression and diagnostic value of serum sPD-L1 and Irisin in bladder cancer
【摘要】 目的 探讨血清sPD-L1与Irisin在膀胱癌中的表达水平及其联合诊断价值。方法 选取2019年5月至2023年3月该院收治的47例膀胱癌患者(膀胱癌组)及48例健康对照者(对照组),通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测其血清sPD-L1与Irisin水平,采用Mann-Whitney U检验比较2组差异,并通过受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线评估这2种标志物在膀胱癌诊断中的有效性。结果 膀胱癌组患者血清sPD-L1水平显著高于对照组,而Irisin水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。浸润性和高级别膀胱癌患者的sPD-L1水平显著高于非浸润性和低级别患者,而其Irisin水平则显著低于后者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,sPD-L1与Irisin联合检测的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.80,诊断效能优于sPD-L1,灵敏度优于sPD-L1和Irisin。结论 血清sPD-L1与Irisin联合检测对膀胱癌具有较高的诊断价值,尤其在高级别和浸润性膀胱癌中,可为临床提供重要的辅助诊断依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum soluble programmed death ligand 1(sPD-L1) and Irisin in bladder cancer and assess their combined diagnostic value.Methods A total of 47 patients with bladder cancer(bladder cancer group) and 48 healthy controls(control group) admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to March 2023 were selected.The levels of serum sPD-L1 and Irisin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the differences between the two groups, and the effectiveness of these two markers in the diagnosis of bladder cancer was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve.Results The serum sPD-L1 level in the bladder cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the Irisin level was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of sPD-L1 in patients with invasive and high-grade bladder cancer was significantly higher than that in patients with non-invasive and low-grade bladder cancer, while the level of Irisin was significantly lower than that in the latter, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC) of sPD-L1 combined with Irisin was 0.80,the diagnostic efficiency was better than that of sPD-L1,and the sensitivity was better than that of sPD-L1 and Irisin.Conclusion The combined detection of serum sPD-L1 and Irisin has a high diagnostic value for bladder cancer, especially in high-grade and invasive bladder cancer, which can provide an important auxiliary diagnostic basis for clinical practice.
