【Abstract】 Acute renal injury(AKI) is a common clinical syndrome with high morbidity and mortality, and is associated with long-term and short-term survival outcomes.However, few studies have explored transient and persistent AKI.This article aimed to provide a new perspective for clinical practice and help doctors better understand and respond to the management needs of patients with renal injury.The definition, pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment of transient and persistent acute kidney injury were reviewed in detail, hoping to provide help for relevant clinicians.更多还原
