【摘要】 高职院校辅导员就业指导胜任力是推动大学生实现高质量就业的基础。在新质生产力蓬勃发展的时代背景下，社会对大学生高质量就业提出了更为严苛的标准与要求。本文通过深入剖析高职院校辅导员就业指导胜任力的现实状况，整合学界专家关于胜任力的研究成果，提出“内外因素+冰山模型”模式。通过教学管理部门提供实施教学指导和激励机制的外在因素，以及培养成就感和个人特质以提高内生动力的内在因素，提高高职院校辅导员面向具有新质生产力的企业和岗位的就业指导胜任力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The employment guidance competence of counselors in higher vocational colleges is the foundation for promoting high-quality employment of college students.Against the background of the vigorous development of new quality productive forces, society has put forward more stringent standards and requirements for high-quality employment of college students.This paper, through an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the employment guidance competence of counselors in higher vocational colleges, integrates the research results of academic experts on competence, and proposes the "internal and external factors + iceberg model".By providing external factors for implementing teaching guidance and incentive mechanisms through the teaching management department, as well as internal factors for cultivating a sense of achievement and personal traits to enhance intrinsic motivation, the employment guidance competence of counselors in higher vocational colleges towards enterprises and positions with new quality productive forces can be improved.更多还原
