【摘要】 目的 探讨上颌骨额突含牙囊肿的疾病特点并比较常用手术方式优缺点。方法 报道一例单侧鼻背旁内眦区上颌骨额突含牙囊肿患者的诊断及联合路径手术治疗结果，讨论该术式治疗上颌骨含牙囊肿的临床效果。结果 较大的上骨额突含牙囊肿可诱发压迫性症状。影像及病理等辅助检查对于本疾病诊断具有重要意义。鼻内镜下中鼻道开窗术联合鼻腔外侧壁切开术方便切除该类病变。结论 针对本病的各种手术方式都存在其优缺点，对病灶解剖位置的准确判断非常重要。应根据病变特点选择创伤小、效果好的术式，以获得更好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of maxillary frontal process dentigerous cyst and compare the advantages and disadvantages among commonly used surgical approaches in clinic. Methods Reported here was a case with a dentigerous cyst in the frontal process of the maxilla in the unilateral paranasal medial canthal region, with the outcomes of a combined surgical treatment approach used for him and the clinical efficacy of this kind of surgical strategy in the treatment of this kind of lesion discussed. Results Large maxillary frontal process dentigerous cysts could induce compressive symptoms. Auxiliary examinations such as imaging and pathology wer of great significance for the diagnosis of this kind of disease. Middle meatus fenestration under endoscope combined with lateral nasal wall incision could facilitate the complete resection of such lesions. Conclusion Each surgical approach for this kind of disease had its own advantages and disadvantages, so accurate judgment of the anatomical location of the lesion should be crucial. The surgical approach with minimal trauma and excellent efficacy should be selected based on the characteristics of the lesion to achieve better therapeutic outcomes.更多还原
