【摘要】 目的 了解突发性聋患者重返工作准备度现状及影响因素。方法 选取2022年2月～2023年1月在河南省某三甲医院耳鼻咽喉头颈门诊复查的突发性聋患者为研究对象，使用重返工作准备度量表、抑郁量表、社会支持量表进行调查。结果共调查了202例突发性聋患者，重返工作率为63.4%。突发性聋患者是否耳鸣、眩晕、听力损失程度、抑郁水平及社会支持水平在是否重返工作上有显著差异（P<0.05）。耳鸣、眩晕、听力损失程度及抑郁水平为患者重返工作的危险因素；社会支持为患者重返工作的保护因素。结论 突发性聋患者大多处于较高的重返工作准备度水平。但仍需要外界的帮助和指导。医护人员应及时评估患者的准备度，并提供针对性的帮助和引导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate present condition and determinants of patients’ preparedness to resume work after abrupt deafness. Methods From February 2022 to January 2023, patients with sudden deafness who underwent reexamination in Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Clinic of a Class ⅲ Grade A hospital in Henan Province were investigated with Readiness for Return-to-Work Scale, Depression Scale and Social Support Scale. Results A total of 202 patients with sudden deafness were investigated, and 63.4% of them returned to work. Patients had significant differences in tinnitus, vertigo, degree of hearing loss, level of depression and level of social support on whether to return to work(P<0.05). Tinnitus, vertigo, hearing loss and depression are independent risk factors for patients’ readiness to return to work. One protective factor for patients’ preparedness to resume work is social support. Conclusion Most patients with sudden deafness have a high level of readiness to return to work, but outside assistance and guidance are still required. Medical professionals should promptly determine a patient’s preparedness and offer focused assistance and direction.更多还原
