【摘要】 借助“调适性回应”理论视角，以上海市部分街镇的经验材料为支撑，系统考察新兴领域党建在多层次互动结构下的回应功能与行动选择可以发现：新兴领域党建在有限资源供给与冲突制度情境的条件下，往往结合所在领域的结构性特征，通过组织结构调适、关系情境调适、功能设置调适以及机制运行调适等策略，制造目标群体与上级党组织的双重合意性，进而有效化解新兴领域党建政策落地过程中的诸多张力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the perspective of the "adaptive response" theory and supported by empirical data from some streets and towns in Shanghai,this study systematically examines the response functions and action choices of party building in emerging fields under a multi-level interactive structure. It can be found that under the conditions of limited resource supply and conflicting institutional situations,party building in emerging fields often combines the structural characteristics of the field,and through strategies such as organizational structure adjustment,relationship situation adjustment,functional setting adjustment,and mechanism operation adjustment,creates a dual consensus between the target group and higher-level party organizations,thereby effectively resolving many tensions in the implementation process of party building policies in emerging fields.更多还原
