垃圾焚烧飞灰制备高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥熟料及重金属固化研究
Research on the preparation of high belite sulfoaluminate cement clinker from MSWI fly ash and heavy metal solidification
【摘要】 以垃圾焚烧飞灰、电石渣和高铝煤矸石为主要原料,按质量比41:41:51进行配料,在1300℃下煅烧45 min制备出以C2S为主相的高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥熟料,并通过XRD、TG等测试对其矿物组成与水化行为进行表征分析。结果表明,所制熟料主要矿物相为C和少量C4AF,水化产物为C-(A)-S-H凝胶、AFm固溶体和Str?tlingite,28 d抗压强度达50 MPa,满足42.5级水泥强度标准。毒性特性浸出试验发现,Cd、Zn、Ni均未检出,Cr的最高浸出浓度为0.068 mg/L,符合相关标准要求。
【Abstract】 This study developed a high-belite sulphoaluminate cement clinker using MSWI fly ash,carbide slag,and highalumina coal gangue as primary raw materials in a mass ratio of 41:41:51. The raw mixture was calcined at 1300 ℃ for 45 min to produce clinker with dicalcium silicate(C2S) as the dominant phase. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermogravimetric(TG) analysis were employed to characterize the mineralogical composition and hydration behavior of the clinker. The results revealed that the main mineral phases in the clinker were C,and a small amount of C4 AF. The hydration products included C-(A)-S-H gel,AFm solid solution,and str?tlingite. The 28-day compressive strength reached 50 MPa,meeting the mechanical performance requirements for 42.5-grade cement. Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure(TCLP) tests showed that Cd,Zn,and Ni were below detection limits,while the highest leaching concentration of Cr was 0.068 mg/L,satisfying the regulatory limits.
