胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白和葡萄糖构成的CHG指数与45岁及以上人群心血管疾病风险的关系
The relationship between cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,and glucose index with cardiovascular disease risk in individuals aged 45 and older
【摘要】 目的 探讨总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和空腹血糖(FBG)组成的CHG指数与45岁及以上中国人群心血管疾病(CVD)风险的关联。方法 本研究利用了2011年、2013年、2015年、2018年和2020年收集的中国健康与退休纵向研究(CHARLS)的纵向数据,包括7657名参与者。采用Cox回归模型和亚组分析研究CHG指数与CVD风险的关联。结果 CVD的总体患病率为23.96%。与较高四分位数的参与者相比,较低CHG指数四分位数的参与者表现出显著较低的CVD累积发生率。Cox回归模型显示,CHG指数与CVD风险之间存在显著关联。亚组分析显示,CHG指数与CVD风险之间的关联受年龄、性别和高血压状态的影响。结论 CHG指数可作为CVD风险的有效预测因素。
【Abstract】 Objective The CHG index, which integrates total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), and fasting blood glucose(FBG), has been proposed as a novel biomarker for diagnosing type 2 diabetes. However, the relationship between the CHG index and cardiovascular disease(CVD) risk remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the association between baseline CHG index and CVD risk in individuals aged 45 and older in China. Methods This study utilized longitudinal data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS), which includes data collected in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2018, and 2020, with a total of 7657 participants. The association between the CHG index and CVD risk was assessed using Cox regression models and subgroup analysis. Results The overall prevalence of CVD was 23.96%. Compared with participants in higher CHG index quartiles, those in lower CHG index quartiles exhibited significantly lower cumulative CVD incidence. The Cox regression models showed a significant association between the CHG index and CVD risk.Subgroup analysis revealed that the association between the CHG index and CVD risk was influenced by age, sex,and hypertension status. Conclusion The CHG index can serve as an effective predictive factor for CVD risk.
