【Abstract】 Since relevant studies show that abnormal calcium cycling is closely related to the occurrence and development of many heart diseases, and that dysregulation of the balance of calcium ion influx and storage can lead to myocardial infarction, cardiac arrhythmia, heart failure and other problems, modulation of calcium cycling may become a new direction for the treatment of heart diseases in the future. This paper reviews the mechanism of calcium cycling, related clinical studies and its relevant relationship with cardiovascular diseases.更多还原
