【Abstract】 The rapid rise of new quality productivity has put forward higher requirements for the field of network security, and there is an urgent need to cultivate composite talents with technological innovation ability and entrepreneurial practical ability. The article aims to address the current issues in the cultivation of network security talents, such as an imperfect innovation and entrepreneurship education system, lagging construction of practical platforms, and unreasonable allocation of teaching staff. It proposes a talent cultivation model and strategy that integrates “innovation and entrepreneurship education” with “network security professional education”.
