【摘要】 在复杂快变的AI时代，人文教育兼具价值赋能与转型升级的双重使命，以酿造面向未来的“融合智慧”。这种新型智慧形态突破人机二元对立的传统认知框架，有机整合人类智慧与数字智能，在文理、古今、中外、知行等多元协同中，形成了应对复杂不确定性的高阶思维、认知方式与行动能力。西交利物浦大学的和谐教育实践为此提供了创新范本，其模式揭示了AI时代人文教育孕育融合智慧的三重价值机制——守人性本、谐人机智、赋机器心，并基于和谐心智五维度，系统性建构了人文教育迭代升级的七大实现机制——批判性继承、数智化升级、交叉性探索、围绕主题的想象、动态适配与融合、生态化培育与人文性引领。西交利物浦大学的教育实践，不仅展示了和谐心智与和谐教育在促进人文创新与智慧升级中的重要价值，也为全球教育转型贡献了中国方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the complexity of fast-evolving AI era, humanistic education bears dual imperatives of value empowerment and mode evolution for cultivating future-oriented “syntegrative wisdom.” This new form of wisdom transcends the traditional humanmachine dichotomy, organically synthesizing human intelligence(HI) with digital intelligence(DI). It fosters higher-order thinking, cognitive approaches, and adaptive competencies that address complexity and uncertainty through interdisciplinary synergy between humanities and sciences, past and present, the East and the West, and theory and practice. The He Xie education initiative(Syntegrative Education) of Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University(XJTLU) serves as an innovative exemplar, illustrating a threefold value mechanism by which humanistic education in the AI age nurtures syntegrative wisdomPreserving Human Essence, Harmonizing Human and Digital Wisdom, and Endowing Machine with Humanity. Furthermore, grounded in the He Xie Mindset’s penta-dimensional framework, XJTLU constructs seven mechanisms for the advancement of humanistic education-Critical Inheritance, Digital-Intelligent Upgrading, Cross Exploration, Thematic Imagination, Dynamic Adaptation and Integration, Ecological Cultivation, and Humanistic Leadership. The educational exploration and practice by XJTLU not only show the crucial role of He Xie Mindset and He Xie Education in driving humanistic innovation and wisdom enhancement, but also provide a distinctly Chinese approach that contributes to global educational transformation.更多还原
