【摘要】 主要介绍了利用花岗岩锯泥制备发泡陶瓷、烧结路面砖和烧结装饰砖的配合比设计和试验研究。首先对花岗岩锯泥等进行了原料性能测试，根据原料成分、原料性能以及烧结制品对原料的要求，进行了烧结制品的原料配比设计，并对各配比烧成试样进行性能测试。结果表明，50%～100%花岗岩锯泥掺加其他原料，满足配方配比和烧结温度等要求时，能够制备出符合标准相关要求的发泡陶瓷、烧结路面砖和烧结装饰砖。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article mainly introduces the proportion design and experimental research of preparing foamed ceramics, fired pavement bricks and fired decorative bricks using granite sawn mud. Firstly, the raw material performance tests are conducted on granite saw mud and other materials. Based on the raw material composition, raw material performance, and the requirements for raw materials of sintered products, the raw material ratio design for fired products is carried out, and the performance tests are conducted on the sintered samples with each ratio.
