【摘要】 目的 分析年轻恒牙活髓切断术中运用iRoot BP Plus盖髓剂充填治疗效果，评价其是否具有较高的临床应用价值。方法 便利选取2021年2月—2024年2月聊城市人民医院接诊的70例年轻恒牙活髓切断术患儿为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组，每组35例，对照组采用氢氧化钙糊剂治疗，观察组采用iRoot BP Plus盖髓剂充填治疗。对比两组手术相关指标、疼痛情况、舒适功能、美观度评分、治疗成功率。结果 观察组肿胀时间、疼痛持续时间短于对照组；观察组术后2周、3个月的疼痛评分低于对照组；观察组舒适功能、美观度评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。观察组术后6个月、12个月的治疗成功率分别为100.00%(35/35)、97.14%(34/35)高于对照组的82.86%(29/35)、77.14%(27/35)，差异均有统计学意义（χ~2=4.557,4.590;P均<0.05）。结论 为年轻恒牙活髓切断术患儿选择iRoot BP Plus盖髓剂充填治疗效果好，美观度高，还可以提高治疗舒适度，应用价值高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of iRoot BP Plus pulp capping agent filling in pulpotomy of young permanent teeth, and to evaluate whether it has high clinical application value. Methods From February 2021 to February 2024, seventy children with vital pulpotomy of young permanent teeth admitted to Liaocheng People’s Hospital were conveniently selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with thirty-five cases in each group. The control group was treated with calcium hydroxide paste, and the observation group was treated with iRoot BP Plus pulp capping agent. The operation related indexes, pain, comfort function, aesthetic score and treatment success rate were compared between the two groups. Results The swelling time and pain duration of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group; the pain scores of the observation group at 2 weeks and 3 months after operation were lower than those of the control group. The scores of comfort function and aesthetics in the observation group were higher than those in the control P group, and the differences were statistically significant(all <0.05). The treatment success rates of the observation group at 6 months and 12 months after operation were 100.00%(35/35) and 97.14%(34/35), respectively, which were higher than 82.86%(29/35) and 77.14%(27/35) of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ~2=4.557, 4.590; all P<0.05). Conclusion For young children with vital pulpotomy, iRoot BP Plus pulp capping agent is selected for filling treatment, which has good effect and high aesthetics.
