【摘要】 目的 研究玉液汤加减联合消渴丸对2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者的临床疗效。方法 回顾性选取2022年6月—2023年12月利津县中心医院收治的60例2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者的临床资料，根据用药方案不同分为参照组（采用消渴丸治疗）、研究组（采用玉液汤加减联合消渴丸治疗），各30例。对比两组疗效、血糖指标以及中医症状评分。结果 研究组总有效率为96.67%(29/30)，高于参照组的73.33%(22/30)，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=4.706,P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于参照组，中医症状评分低于参照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论 玉液汤加减联合消渴丸治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者，可提高疗效，能改善患者的临床症状以及血糖水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Yuye decoction combined with Xiaoke pill on patients with T2DM and qi-yin deficiency syndrome. Methods The clinical data of sixty patients with T2DM and qi-yin deficiency syndrome admitted to Lijin County Central Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected. According to different medication regimens, they were divided into reference group(treated with Xiaoke Pills) and study group(treated with Yuye Decoction combined with Xiaoke Pills), thirty cases in each group. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30), which was higher than 73.33%(22/30) of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.706, P<0.05). After treatment, the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were lower than those in the reference group, differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Yuye decoction combined with Xiaoke pills in the treatment of patients with T2DM and qi-yin deficiency syndrome can improve the therapeutic effect, as well as the clinical symptoms and blood glucose levels of patients.更多还原
