【摘要】 自新中国成立以来，伴随着制度创新和政策调整，我国城乡关系经历了从分割到对立、统筹再到一体化的多个发展阶段，目前正朝着高质量融合发展的目标稳步推进。从制度创新的视角出发，通过梳理新中国成立以来资本、劳动力、土地等传统要素流动相关制度，以及医疗保险、养老保险等社会保障相关制度的建立与创新过程，可探明这些制度创新如何推进城乡融合发展的进程。在此基础上，分析现阶段城乡融合发展的制度难点，并提出未来的创新路径，旨在推动构建城乡深度融合的协调发展新格局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, with institutional innovations and policy adjustments, the urban-rural relationship has gone through stages of separation, opposition, coordination, and is now steadily advancing towards the goal of high-quality integrated development. From the perspective of institutional innovation, this paper reviews the evolution of relevant systems regarding the flow of traditional factors such as capital, labor, and land, as well as the establishment and innovation processes of social security systems like health insurance and pension insurance, to explore how these institutional innovations have facilitated the process of urban-rural integration. On this basis, the paper analyzes the current institutional challenges of urban-rural integration and suggests future paths for innovation, with the aim of promoting a new pattern of coordinated development for deep urban-rural integration.更多还原
