3D打印技术驱动供应链演化研究
Research on the evolution of supply chains driven by 3D printing
【摘要】 在数智化环境下, 3D打印技术作为一项关键的使能技术,正深刻影响着供应链的底层逻辑.围绕3D打印技术驱动供应链演化,依照从要素到流程再到系统的分析思路,先探讨3D打印技术对供应链物理环境、主体行为与产品属性等要素的变革性影响;随后,从业务流程再造视角,深入探究3D打印技术驱动产品设计、生产与售后服务等环节形成的新范式及其创造的新价值;最后,重点剖析技术融合对供应链生态位演变、权力迁移以及治理机制的影响.本研究指出3D打印技术推动了生产分散化、主体边界模糊化以及产品属性数字化,进而促进了供应链范式转型和运营模式的创新,其更深远的影响在于对供应链新生态的塑造以及治理机制的重构.
【Abstract】 In the digital-intelligent environment, 3D printing technology, as a pivotal enabler, is profoundly reshaping the underlying logic of supply chains. Focusing on how 3D printing drives the evolution of supply chains, this paper adopts an analytical framework that progresses from elements to processes to systems. It first analyzes the transformative impact of 3D printing on elements such as the physical environment, participant behaviors, and product attributes. Then, from a business process re-engineering perspective, the new supply chain paradigms and value created by 3D printing in core processes such as product design, production, and after-sales service are examined. Finally, the influence of technology convergence on the evolution of ecological niches, power shifts among participants, and the mechanism design is discussed. This paper argues that 3D printing leads to distributed production, blurred boundaries between players, and the digitization of product attribute. Consequently, 3D printing facilitates a paradigm shift in supply chain management and innovation in operational models. More significantly, 3D printing contributes to the establishment of a new supply chain ecosystem and the restructuring of governance mechanisms.
