【摘要】 随着人口老龄化的加剧，患有多种疾病的老年患者逐渐成为临床管理中的重要群体。围绕多病共存老年患者所面临的伦理困境、在临床管理中的伦理问题以及相应的应对办法展开探讨。在临床管理过程中，多病共存老年患者的伦理问题主要体现为：治疗方案复杂性引发的伦理决策冲突、资源分配中的公平与正义伦理困境以及尊严保护中的伦理权衡与实践挑战。在医疗资源相对有限的情形下，如何在不牺牲患者生活质量的前提下，合理配置资源，确保患者在医疗决策中的自主性，已然成为医疗管理者迫切需要应对的关键问题。基于此，采取多学科协作的全科医疗照顾模式，建立综合评估与多元支持机制，开展有效沟通与人性化护理关怀是应对多病共存老年患者临床管理伦理问题的重要举措，有助于提升老年患者的临床综合管理水平，保障多病共存老年患者的福祉和尊严。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the intensification of population aging, elderly patients with multimorbidity have gradually become an important group in clinical management. This paper explored the ethical dilemmas faced by elderly patients with multimorbidity, ethical issues in clinical management, and corresponding countermeasures. In the process of clinical management, the ethical issues of elderly patients with multimorbidity were mainly manifested in the following aspects, including ethical decision-making conflicts caused by the complexity of treatment plans, ethical dilemmas of fairness and justice in resource allocation, and ethical trade-offs and practical challenges in dignity protection. Under the circumstances of relatively limited medical resources, how to rationally allocate resources and ensure their autonomy in medical decision-making without sacrificing the quality of life of patients has become a crucial issue that medical administrators urgently need to address. Based on these, adopting a multidisciplinary collaborative general medical care model, establishing a comprehensive assessment and multi-support mechanism, and carrying out effective communication and humanized nursing care are important measures to address ethical issues in the clinical management of elderly patients with multimorbidity.
