黄粉虫作为功能性蛋白源在家禽中的应用研究进展

【摘要】 黄粉虫作为一种优质的昆虫蛋白资源,在家禽养殖领域展现出明显的应用优势。其饲养周期短、繁殖效率高,营养组成丰富。在家禽养殖过程中,黄粉虫不仅有助于降低饲料成本、提升养殖经济效益,还能显著改善禽类产品的营养品质。随着相关研究的不断深入,黄粉虫在家禽营养领域的应用研究日益丰富。该文系统梳理了近年来黄粉虫作为家禽饲料添加剂的最新研究进展,重点围绕氨基酸和脂肪酸含量、氧化应激、肠道结构与微生物群落变化、产蛋率及蛋品质等方面,深入探讨其作为功能性蛋白质源在家禽营养中的应用优势,旨在为黄粉虫在家禽养殖产业中的推广应用提供理论支持和实践参考。

【Abstract】 As a high-quality insect protein resource, Tenebrio molitor has demonstrated significant application advantages in the field of poultry farming. It features a short breeding cycle, high reproductive efficiency, and a rich nutritional profile. In poultry production, the inclusion of yellow mealworm can help reduce feed costs, improve economic benefits, and notably enhance the nutritional quality of poultry products. With the continuous deepening of related research, the studies on the application of yellow mealworm in poultry nutrition have become increasingly extensive. This paper systematically reviews the latest research progress in recent years on the use of yellow mealworm as a feed additive for poultry. It focuses on aspects such as amino acid and fatty acid content, oxidative stress, changes in intestinal structure and microbiota, egg production rate, and egg quality, and thoroughly discusses the advantages of using yellow mealworm as a functional protein source in poultry nutrition. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the industrial application of yellow mealworm in poultry farming.
