【Abstract】 Veterinary vaccine is an important tool for the prevention and control of animal infectious diseases. As an important auxiliary substance in veterinary vaccine, adjuvant plays a vital role in the immune effect of vaccine. At present, there are a wide variety of veterinary vaccine adjuvants.The article mainly focuses on the most used mineral oil adjuvants in veterinary vaccine, and reviews its use mechanism, quality control factors, etc. At the same time, it analyzes the current use of mineral oil adjuvants in veterinary vaccines, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for future development, in order to provide references for the application and research of veterinary vaccine adjuvants in China.更多还原
