【摘要】 烯丙孕素是一种孕激素合成类似物，通过与孕激素受体结合负反馈调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴，从而抑制垂体促卵泡素(FSH)和促黄体素(LH)的分泌，起到抑制卵泡生长发育的作用，目前已广泛用于母猪的同期发情管理。烯丙孕素在促进着床前囊胚发育、延迟分娩等方面也发挥作用，并参与机体的免疫调节。此外，短期饲喂烯丙孕素还可以通过抑制LH来阻止雄性性腺的发育和睾丸的生精功能。本综述以猪为例，总结了近年来国内外关于烯丙孕素在畜牧生产中同期发情、预防早产、促进早期胚胎发育方面的研究进展，并针对当前烯丙孕素内服溶液的应用局限性，概述了近几年烯丙孕素剂型的最新开发进展，旨在推动畜牧业实现更好更快速度地高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Altrenogest, a type of progesterone analogs, exerts its effects by binding to progesterone receptors and exerting negative feedback on the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis. This ultimately leads to the inhibition of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) secretion from the pituitary gland. Altrenogest is widely used in managing concurrent estrus in sows as it effectively suppresses follicle growth and development. Altrenogest progesterone is now widely used for concurrent estrus management in sows. Additionally, Altrenogest can also inhibit gonadal development and testicular spermatogenic function through its impact on LH. The administration of altrenogest can also enhance the development of preimplantation blastocysts, prolong gestation, and participate in immune regulation. Using pigs as a model, this review provides an overview of the recent advancements in domestic and international research on altrenogest in livestock production. These advancements include its application in synchronizing estrus, preventing premature delivery, and enhancing early embryonic development. Considering the limitations of current oral solutions of altrenogest in livestock development, we also provide a comprehensive review of the latest advancements in altrenogest preparation, aiming to facilitate rapid and high-quality progress in animal husbandry.更多还原
