【摘要】 在“三全育人”理念引领下，做好本科生就业指导服务工作，以实现供需市场精准对接和提高就业质量的目标.文章阐明“三全育人”理念与本科生就业指导工作融合的必要性，从育人主体和客体两个维度，分析高校本科生就业指导工作中存在的问题，并提出促进育人主体的就业指导服务工作优化措施.同时还提出了要实现教育目的、就业目标，亟须激发本科生的内驱力，把外部的引导与提高本科生自我教育、自我规划能力等有机融合，以达到提高人才培养质量目标.更多还原

【Abstract】 In the recent years,employment competition has become increasingly fierce as the population of undergraduate graduates continues to expand. At the same time,with the global economic downturn,the employment situation of undergraduates become more and more severe. Under the guidance of the concept of“Three Comprehensive Education”,we will do a good job in undergraduate employment guidance services,with the goal of achieving accurate connection of market supply and demand or improving employment quality. The necessity of integrating the concept of “Three Comprehensive Education” was introduced in this article with the undergraduate employment guidance service. Secondly,from the two dimensions of education(subject and object),the author analyzed the main problems existing in the employment guidance of undergraduates in colleges and universities in the new era,and analyzed the corresponding reasons. Finally,measures are put forward to promote the optimization and upgrading of the employment guidance service of the main body of education. At the same time,it is worth noting that in order to achieve the educational goals and employment goals,it is not enough to rely only on the employment guidance,and it is urgent to mobilize the internal drive of undergraduates,organically integrate the external guidance with the improvement of undergraduates’ self-education and self-planning ability,so as to achieve the goal of improving the quality of personnel training.更多还原
