【摘要】 目的 编制青少年不良姿态防治态度问卷并进行信效度检验，为开展青少年不良姿态干预提供认知测评工具。方法 基于保护动机理论，通过文献检索、质性访谈、专家函询与预调查等形式，收集、整理形成预试问卷，采用便利抽样方法选取2023年6月～7月衡阳市7所学校共545名青少年进行调查，结合项目分析、因子分析和信度检验等统计学方法对问卷条目进行筛选和信效度评价。结果 两轮专家咨询权威系数分别为0.895和0.917，最终形成的青少年不良姿态防治态度问卷包含25个条目，6个维度，方差累积贡献率为71.88%。问卷的Cronbach’s α系数为0.878，各维度的Cronbach’s α系数为0.734～0.920，问卷内部一致性良好。条目内容效度为0.889～1.000，量表内容效度为0.920。验证性因素分析结果显示，x~2/df、TLI、CFI、GFI、RMSEA分别为2.233、0.942、0.950、0.856、0.067，问卷拟合度较好，各维度聚合效度为0.725～0.804，组合信度均>0.6，区分效度良好。结论 本研究编制的青少年不良姿态防治态度问卷具有良好的信度和效度，可作为青少年不良姿态防治态度的测评工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a questionnaire to measure adolescents’ attitude towards prevention and treatment of incorrect postures and test its reliability and validity, so as to provide a cognitive assessment tool for the intervention of adolescents with bad postures. Methods Based on the theory of protective motivation, the pre-test questionnaire was developed through literature search, qualitative interview, expert letter inquiry and presurvey. A total of 545 adolescents from 7 schools in Hengyang City from June to July 2023 were investigated by convenient sampling method. And statistical methods such as item analysis, factor analysis and reliability test were used to screen the questionnaire’s items and evaluate the reliability and validity. Results The authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.895 and 0.917, respectively. The final questionnaire on attitude of adolescents towards prevention and treatment of incorrect postures contained 25 items and 6 dimensions, and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 71.88%. Cronbach’s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.878, and Cronbach’s α coefficient of each dimension was 0.734～0.920, indicating good internal consistency. The content validity of the items was 0.889～1.000, and the content validity of the scale was 0.920. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the x~2/df、TLI、CFI、GFI、RMSEA were 2.233, 0.942, 0.950, 0.856 and 0.067, respectively. The questionnaire fit degree was good. The aggregate validity of each dimension was 0.725～0.804, and the combined reliability was>0.6. The discriminant validity is good. Conclusion The attitude of adolescents towards prevention and treatment of incorrect postures questionnaire developed in this study has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool to evaluate the attitude of adolescents towards prevention and treatment of incorrect postures.更多还原
