【摘要】 目的 探讨高职学生生命意义感对其非自杀性自伤行为（NSSI）的影响，并分析心理一致感与社会支持在其中的中介作用。方法 采用分层随机抽样法选取723名高职学生作为研究对象，通过非自杀性自伤行为评定问卷、心理一致感量表、社会支持量表及生命意义感量表收集数据，结合相关分析、中介效应检验与结构方程模型分析变量间的作用机制。结果 生命意义感、心理一致感及社会支持均与NSSI倾向呈显著负相关；社会支持和心理一致感在生命意义感与NSSI倾向的关系中存在完全中介效应。结论 提升生命意义感、强化心理一致感与社会支持是预防高职学生NSSI的关键，建议通过心理健康教育课程优化、社会支持网络构建及生命意义引导等方式实施预防与干预策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aims to explore the impact of meaning in life on non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI) among vocational college students, and to analyze the mediating roles of sense of coherence and social support in this relationship. Methods A total of 723 vocational college students were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the adolescent non-suicidal self-injury assessment questionnaire, sense of coherence-13, perceived social support scale, meaning in life questionnaire. Correlation analysis, mediation effect testing, and structural equation modeling were employed to examine the mechanisms underlying the relationships among the variables. Results Meaning in life, sense of coherence, and social support were all significantly negatively correlated with NSSI tendencies. Both social support and sense of coherence fully mediated the relationship between meaning in life and NSSI tendencies. Conclusion Enhancing meaning in life, strengthening a sense of coherence, and improving social support are crucial for preventing NSSI among vocational college students. It is recommended to implement prevention and intervention strategies through optimized mental health education curricula, the construction of social support networks, and guidance on meaning in life.更多还原
