【摘要】 目的 分析医院护理实习生工作倦怠与心理弹性、负性情绪的关系。方法 选取梅州市人民医院（三级甲等医院）2023年12月～2024年12月95名护理实习生为对象。采用工作倦怠量表（MBI-GS）、心理弹性量表（CD-RISC）、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表（DASS-21）针对护理实习生工作倦怠情况、心理状态进行评估，并分析护理实习生出现工作倦怠与其心理弹性、负性情绪之间的相关性，再采用多元逐步回归分析探讨工作倦怠相关因素。结果 95名护理实习生MBI-GS总分与CD-RISC呈负相关性（P<0.05），与DASS-21呈正相关性（P<0.05）；不同专业选择自愿情况以及是否经历护患纠纷的被试MBI-GS评分存在统计学差异（P<0.05）；多元逐步回归分析显示护理实习生心理弹性、负性情绪、专业选择自愿情况、经历医患纠纷是其工作倦怠的影响因素。结论 医院护理实习生出现工作倦怠情况与其心理弹性、负性情绪存在相关性，应有针对性做好相关教育培训，以降低护理实习生的职业倦怠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between job burnout, resilience, and negative emotions among nursing interns in hospitals.Methods A total of 95 nursing interns from Meizhou People’s Hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the subjects. The Maslach burnout inventory-general survey(MBI-GS), Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC), and depression anxiety stress scale-21 items(DASS-21) were used to assess the work burnout and psychological status of the nursing interns. The correlation between work burnout and resilience, negative emotions was analyzed, and multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the factors related to work burnout. Results The total score of MBI-GS was negatively correlated with CD-RISC(P<0.05) and positively correlated with DASS-21(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the MBI-GS scores of the subjects with different voluntary professional choices and whether they had experienced nursepatient disputes(P<0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that resilience, negative emotions, voluntary choice of major, and experience of nurse-patient disputes were factors influencing work burnout among nursing interns. Conclusion Work burnout among nursing interns is correlated with resilience and negative emotions. Targeted education and training should be provided to reduce occupational burnout among nursing interns.更多还原
