【摘要】 目的 探究规培生心理健康现状及体面工作感对心理幸福感的影响，分析工作需求满意度的中介作用。方法 本研究包括两个部分。研究1:2022年9月～2023年3月使用患者健康问卷（PHQ-9）、广泛性焦虑障碍量表（GAD-7）、感知压力量表（PSS）和失眠严重指数（ISI），对某校2022级临床专硕规培生进行问卷调查。研究2：选取规培1～3年的学生采用分层随机抽样方法收集475份问卷，进行回归分析和中介效应检验。结果 研究1：配对样本t检验显示，在工作场所经过6个月的规培后，被试的抑郁、焦虑和感知压力水平显著增加P<0.01）。研究2：随着规培年限的增加，被试的体面工作感逐年下降，且可以显著正向预测心理幸福感（F=345.121,β=0.634,P<0.001），中介效应检验结果显示，工作需求满意度在体面工作感和心理幸福感之间起部分中介作用（F=507.298,β=0.249,P<0.001），总中介效应为0.296。结论 临床专硕规培生的心理健康水平随着规培时间增加逐步下降，体面工作感随着规培时间增加逐步下降，体面工作感可以正向预测心理幸福感，且工作需求满意度起部分中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the current situation of mental health and the impact of decent work sense on psychological well-being, and to analyze the mediating role of job demand satisfaction. Methods This study comprised two parts. Study 1: from September 2022 to March 2023, questionnaires including the patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7), perceived stress scale(PSS), and insomnia severity index(ISI) were administered to 2022-grade clinical master’s resident trainees in hospital. Study 2: a stratified random sampling method was used to collect 475 questionnaires from resident trainees in years 1～3 of standardized training. Regression analysis and mediation effect tests were conducted. Results Study 1: paired sample t-tests revealed that after six months of training, participants exhibited significantly increased levels of depression, anxiety, and perceived stress(P<0.01). Study 2: as the duration of standardized training increased, participants’ decent work perception declined annually. Decent work perception significantly and positively predicted psychological well-being(F=345.121, β=0.634, P<0.001). Mediation analysis demonstrated that job demand satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between decent work perception and psychological well-being(F=507.298, β=0.249, P<0.001), with a total mediation effect of 0.296. Conclusion The mental health of clinical master’s resident trainees deteriorates progressively with prolonged standardized training. Decent work perception decreases over time but positively predicts psychological wellbeing, with work need satisfaction serving a partial mediating role.更多还原
