【摘要】 目的 基于CiteSpace对国内外有关抑郁症非自杀性自伤（NSSI）的研究现状、热点和趋势进行可视化分析，为今后研究提供有价值的参考依据。方法 对中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学、中华医学数据库和Web of Science核心数据库中关于抑郁症NSSI研究的相关文献进行可视化展示，分析内容主要包括发文量、文献作者、关键词等。结果 经NoteExpress剔除中文重复文献，并进行筛选后最终中文数据库共纳入文献366篇，Web of Science核心数据库纳入英文文献330篇。可视化分析结果显示本领域年发文量总体呈上升趋势，但仍缺乏深入且大规模的研究，作者间合作较为分散。结论 我国需要关注抑郁症NSSI的热点和前沿内容，探究抑郁症患者伴有NSSI的心理健康问题、潜在危险因素、治疗方法及机制，提升抑郁症NSSI的治疗效果，并推动该领域持续进步与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Based on CiteSpace, we have analyzed the status quo, hotspots and trends of suicidal self-injury(NSSI) studies at home and abroad, so as to provide valuable reference for future research. Methods The literature related to NSSI research of depression in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, China Biomedicine, China Medical Database and Web of Science core database was visually displayed, and the analysis contents mainly included the number of publications, authors and keywords. Results Repeated Chinese literature was deleted by NoteExpress, and a total of 366 literatures were included in the Chinese database and 330 literatures in English were included in the Web of Science core database. The results of visual analysis show that the annual number of published papers in this field is generally on the rise, but there is still a lack of in-depth and large-scale studies, and the cooperation among authors is scattered. Conclusion China needs to pay attention to the hot spots and frontier content of NSSI for depression, explore the mental health problems, potential risk factors, treatment methods and mechanisms associated with NSSI in patients with depression, improve the therapeutic effect of NSSI for depression, and promote the continuous progress and development of this field.更多还原
