【摘要】 目的 手机依赖现象在当代大学生群体中日益严重，对大学生的身心健康及学业发展造成了显著的负面影响。研究大学生心理韧性与手机依赖之间的关系及影响因素，旨在为预防和前期干预大学生手机依赖提供理论依据。方法 通过系统文献检索与筛选流程，本文对符合元分析标准的9篇文献（n=8 630）进行了效应检验与效应分析。结果 大学生心理韧性与手机依赖之间呈显著负相关关系（r=-0.194,95%CI=[-0.292,-0.092]），两者之间的相关性受心理韧性和手机依赖测量工具的影响，文献背景和专业类型对两者相关性的调节作用不显著。结论 大学生心理韧性水平越高，手机依赖程度越低，学校可以通过培养与提高大学生的心理韧性水平，进而降低手机依赖的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The phenomenon of mobile phone dependency is becoming increasingly serious among contemporary college students,causing significant negative impacts on their physical and mental health as well as academic development. To investigate the relationship between resilience and smartphone dependency among college students, as well as the influencing factors, in order to provide a theoretical basis for preventing and early intervention of smartphone dependency among college students. Methods Through literature search and screening, this paper conducts a Meta-analysis of 9 studies(n=8 630) that met the meta-analysis criteria. Results There is a strong inverse relationship between the resilience of college students and their dependence on smartphone(r=-0.194, 95%CI= [-0.292,-0.092 ]), the moderation analyses revealed that the strength of the relationship was moderated by the measurement tools of resilience and mobile phone addiction, but not by major and literature background. Conclusion The higher the level of resilience of college students and the lower the degree of mobile phone dependence, schools can cultivate and improve the level of resilience of college students and reduce the incidence of mobile phone dependence.更多还原
