【摘要】 目的 探索父母情感卷入对大一新生学校适应的影响及心理健康素养和心理韧性在其中的中介作用。方法 采用父母情感卷入分量表、青少年心理健康素养评定量表、心理韧性量表和中国大学生适应量表于2023年11月～12月采用随机取样对561名大一新生进行问卷调查。结果 (1)父母情感卷入（r=0.462,P<0.001）、心理健康素养（r=0.466,P<0.001）、心理韧性（r=0.729,P<0.001）和新生学校适应呈显著正相关；(2)父母情感卷入能显著正向预测大学新生的学校适应水平；(3)心理健康素养和心理韧性分别在父母情感卷入和新生学校适应间起中介作用，且二者在父母情感卷入和新生学校适应间的链式中介作用也显著。结论 父母情感卷入不仅可以直接促进新生的学校适应，还可以通过心理健康素养和心理韧性的中介作用以及两者的链式中介作用间接影响新生的学校适应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of parental emotional involvement on school adjustment among college freshmen and the mediating role of mental health literacy and resilience. Methods From November to December in 2023, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 561 college freshmen in Jiangsu Province using the random sampling method using Parental Emotional Involvement Subscale, adolescent mental health literacy assessment questionnaire, Connor-Davidson resilience scale and China college student adjustment scale. Results(1)Parental emotional involvement(r=0.462, P<0.001), mental health literacy(r=0.466, P<0.001), resilience(r=0.729, P<0.001) and school adjustment were all positively correlated.(2)Parental emotional involvement can directly positively predict school adjustment.(3)Mental health literacy and mental toughness play a mediating role between parents’ emotional involvement and freshmen’s school adjustment respectively, and the chain mediating role of mental health literacy and mental toughness is also significant. Conclusion Parental emotional involvement can not only directly predict the school adjustment of college freshmen, but also indirectly predict school adjustment through the independent and chain mediating effect of mental health literacy and resilience.更多还原
