【摘要】 目的 本研究旨在对中青年缺血性卒中患者照顾者的创伤后成长（PTG）水平进行现状调查，并分析其与领悟社会支持（PSS）之间的关系。方法 使用便利抽样方法，选取2024年6月～2024年9月期间于承德市某三甲医院住院治疗的中青年缺血性卒中患者及照顾者224对为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、创伤后成长评定量表（PTGI）及领悟社会支持量表（PSSS），全面收集患者及照顾者的基本信息、PTG水平及PSS感知情况。结果 224例中青年缺血性卒中患者照顾者创伤后成长总分为60.00±13.73分，领悟社会支持总分为58.12±10.32分。相关性分析显示，中青年缺血性卒中患者照顾者创伤后成长与领悟社会支持总分及各维度得分均呈正相关（P<0.01）。结论 中青年缺血性卒中患者照顾者的PTG水平处于中等偏上，显示出他们在逆境中寻求成长与转变的积极态度。同时，照顾者的PTG水平与PSS之间存在显著的正相关关系，因此，未来应进一步关注照顾者的社会支持状况，为其提供更加全面、有效的心理支持服务，以提升照顾质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aims to investigate the current status of post-traumatic growth(PTG) among caregivers of middle-aged and young patients with ischemic stroke and analyze its relationship with perceived social support(PSS). Methods A convenient sampling method was employed to select 224 pairs of middle-aged and young patients with ischemic stroke and their caregivers who were hospitalized for treatment in a tertiary hospital in Chengde City from June 2024 to September 2024 as the research subjects. general information questionnaires, the posttraumatic growth inventory(PTGI),and the perceived social support scale(PSSS) were used to comprehensively collect basic information, PTG levels, and PSS perceptions of both patients and caregivers. Results Among the 224 caregivers of middle-aged and young patients with ischemic stroke, the total PTG score was 60.00±13.73, and the total PSS score was 58.12±10.32. Correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between PTG and total PSS score as well as scores across all dimensions of PSS among these caregivers(r=0.712, P<0.01). Conclusion The PTG level among caregivers of middle-aged and young patients with ischemic stroke is moderately high, indicating a positive attitude towards seeking growth and transformation amidst adversity. Additionally, there is a significant positive correlation between caregivers’ PTG levels and PSS. In the future, more attention should be paid to caregivers’ social support, and more comprehensive and effective psychological support services should be provided to them to further enhance the quality of caregiving.更多还原
