基于混凝土3D打印技术的建筑体系构建——以3D打印建筑功能舱的全过程工程实践为例

【摘要】 近年来,混凝土3D打印作为一项新型建造技术,逐渐被应用到建筑实践中,推动建筑领域的新发展。文章基于工程实践案例,提出构建基于混凝土3D打印技术的建筑体系研究目标:通过借助数字化工具,协调打印工艺与设计需求之间的矛盾,形成针对新建造工艺的设计施工一体化设计策略和施工组织流程,打通从设计源头信息直达设计产品的关键技术环节。构建整体建筑体系可推动高性能智能建造建筑产品工程高效发展,助力我国建筑行业的产业化升级。

【Abstract】 In recent years, concrete 3D printing, as a new construction technology, has been gradually applied to architectural practice, promoting new developments in the architectural field. With the introduction of the current situation of 3D printing construction practice, this article proposes to look at the relationship between emerging construction and design control with a holistic design thinking. Combined with engineering practice, it explains the use of digital tools to coordinate the contradiction between printing technology and design requirements, to formulate an integrated design strategy and construction organization process for the new construction processes, to open up the key technical links from design source information to design products, and to deeply integrate architectural design and emerging digital intelligence construction technology, so as to realize 3D printing construction products with architectural values.
