受控P-TIG机器人智能焊接工艺与装备研究
Research on Intelligent Welding Process and Equipment of Controlled P-TIG Robots
【摘要】 为了解决某型号产品焊接过程质量不稳定、变形严重、自动化程度低等难题,进行了受控P-TIG机器人智能焊接工艺与装备研究。通过控制电弧形态,调节脉冲频率、脉冲宽度比、脉冲电流值等参数来控制热输入量的大小,从而控制熔池的体积、熔深、热影响区性能,并与焊接机器人、激光寻位系统、熔池视觉协同感知系统等智能技术的融合等措施,发现了薄壁筒形零件纵缝焊接单面焊双面成型过程中产生变形的规律,较好地控制了薄壁钢质筒体焊接变形,焊接质量优良,具备了焊接过程自动化生产的能力,推动了以高科技、高效能、高质量为特征的新质生产力的发展。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of unstable quality, serious deformation and low degree of automation in the welding process of a certain type of product, it was studied that the intelligent welding process and equipment of controlled P-TIG robots. Controlled the heat input by adjusting arc shape, pulse frequency, pulse width ratio, pulse current value and other parameters, so as to control the volume, the depth and performance of the heat affected zone of the molten pool. And with integration measures of the welding robots, laser locating system, weld pool vision collaborative sensing system and other intelligent technology, it was found that the deformation rule of thin-walled cylindrical parts in the process of longitudinal seam welding single-side welding double-sided forming process, the welding deformation of thin-walled steel cylinder was better controlled, and the welding quality was excellent. The welding process had the ability of automatic production, it promoted the development of new quality productivity characterized by high technology, high efficiency and high quality.
