【摘要】 为明确引进品种与库尔勒本地梨品种的品质及丰产性差异，筛选适配品种，以14个引进品种及4个库尔勒市本地品种为材料，以库尔勒香梨为对照，测定成熟期果实品质及丰产性指标，并用隶属函数法结合主成分分析法进行综合品质评价。结果显示，晚秀单果重显著高于库尔勒香梨(P<0.05);丹霞红可溶性糖和固酸比分别较库尔勒香梨高61.3%、58.8%(P<0.05);晚秀单株果重总量最高，黄冠次之，分别是库尔勒香梨的3.7倍、3.0倍(P<0.05);丹霞红单株果重总量为库尔勒香梨的2.6倍(P<0.05)。主成分分析提取单果重、固酸比、可滴定酸、果形指数、果梗长、果梗粗为评价梨果实品质的6个主成分，累积贡献率87.36%。综合品质评价表明，排名前3位的梨品种分别为晚秀、好本号、丹霞红。单果重、固酸比、可滴定酸、果形指数、果梗长、果梗粗可作为库尔勒地区梨果实品质评价的关键指标，晚秀、好本号、丹霞红适配库尔勒气候环境，是当地优先推广的优异梨品种。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to clarify the differences in quality and yield between introduced and Korla local pear varieties and to screen suitable varieties, this study used 14 introduced varieties and 4 local Korla varieties as materials, with Korla fragrant pears as the control. The fruit quality and yield indicators at maturity stage were measured, and comprehensive quality evaluation was conducted using the membership function method combined with principal component analysis. The results showed that the single fruit weight of Wanxiu was significantly higher than that of Korla fragrant pears(P<0.05); the soluble sugar content and solid-acid ratio of Danxiahong were 61.3% and 58.8% higher than those of Korla fragrant pears(P<0.05),respectively;the total single-plant fruit weight of Wanxiu was the highest,followed by Huangguan,which were 3.7times and 3.0times that of Korla fragrant pears(P <0.05),respectively;the total singleplant fruit weight of Danxiahong was 2.6times that of Korla fragrant pears(P <0.05).Principal component analysis identified single fruit weight,solid-acid ratio,titratable acid,fruit shape index,fruit stem length,and fruit stem thickness as six principal components for evaluating pear fruit quality,with a cumulative contribution rate of 87.36%.Comprehensive quality evaluation revealed that the top three pear varieties were Wanxiu,Haobenhao and Danxiahong.Single fruit weight,solid-acid ratio,titratable acid,fruit shape index,fruit stem length,and fruit stem thickness can serve as key indicators for evaluating pear fruit quality in the Korla region.Wanxiu,Haobenhao and Danxiahong are well-suited to the climatic conditions of Korla and are superior pear varieties that should be prioritized for local promotion.更多还原
