【摘要】 面对我国经济结构调整与产业升级对高层次应用型人才的迫切需求，传统高校人才培养模式显现出与市场脱节的局限。本文聚焦全日制专业学位研究生培养，深入探讨创新实践基地建设的核心意义、现实挑战与优化路径。针对当前存在的校企合作深度不足、资源投入与管理机制不完善、实践教学体系系统性匮乏等核心问题，提出强化校企联合培养机制、完善资源配置与管理体系、构建系统化实践教学体系以及改革地方高校人才培养模式等策略，旨在提升创新实践基地的运行效能，持续强化研究生的自主创新能力，为产业界输送具备卓越实践能力和市场竞争力的高层次专业人才，从而有力支撑区域经济发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the face of the urgent demand for high-level applied talents from China’s economic structure adjustment and industrial upgrading,the traditional talent training mode in colleges and universities shows the limitations of being out of touch with the market.This paper focuses on the cultivation of full-time professional degree postgraduates,and deeply discusses the core significance,practical challenges and optimization path of the construction of innovation practice base.To solve the current core problems such as the lack of depth of school enterprise cooperation,imperfect resource investment and management mechanism,and lack of systematic practice teaching system,this paper puts forward strategies such as strengthening the school enterprise j oint training mechanism,improving the resource allocation and management system,building a systematic practice teaching system,and reforming the talent training mode of local colleges and universities,aiming to improve the operation efficiency of innovation practice base,continue to strengthen the independent innovation ability of graduate students,and provide the industry with high-level professional talents with excellent practical ability and market comp etitiveness,so as to effectively support the regional economic development.更多还原
